Old problem
Yesterday, somebody who knows she's five years younger than I am was complaining that she's going to turn thirty-five this year. Was she being catty? I don't know. I don't even care. Be catty all you like, I'm not competing with you. Just don't bore me with your sad obsession with aging.
Twelve seconds after you were born, there was already somebody younger than you.
Get over it.
Even more disgusting than the time and resources wasted on looking younger is the lack of respect for the knowledge and experience of folks in older generations.
Why don't we know what's truly valuable?
